Our Services

Request a quick 15-minute introduction call at a time that is convenient for you. During this introductory call, we will get to know one another, discuss your goals and determine how we can best help you attain them. We will also answer any and all questions you might have about the estate planning process.

Step 1: Introduction Call

Our Process

Step 2: Intake Form

Fill out our intake form to the best of your ability and send it in for review. We encourage you to include any questions you may have. The information you provide will allow us to ensure that we have a complete understanding of your estate and devise a plan that makes sense for you. You will be required to make an initial deposit at this stage.

Step 3: Legacy Plan Meeting

After reviewing your intake form, we will have a 90-minute meeting during which we will ask detailed questions to understand your needs and also answer any questions you have. It is important to us that you have a firm understanding of what your estate plan will cover. We will then provide a flat-fee quote and an engagement letter so that we can begin drafting the estate plan documents.

Step 4:
Document Drafts

Once you have signed the engagement letter, made your initial payment and provided us with all of the information necessary to begin, we will draft your estate planning documents. This process generally takes us 2 weeks to complete. Once we complete your drafts, we will share your documents with you and ask you to review them and ask questions.

Step 5: Document Review

You will review the drafts we provide to make sure they are accurate and complete. We will do a deep dive to address and questions you have, and also make any revisions necessary. Once you approve your documents, we will convert them to final form and provide you a roadmap to put your plan into action.

Step 6: Signing

We will provide straightforward instructions explaining how to sign the documents, including how to notarize certain documents and transfer title to certain assets. We will remain available to answer questions pertaining to the documents, and we will review the documents after they are signed to verify they were properly executed.

Step 7: Implementation

We will work with you to properly transfer your assets into your newly formed Living Trust. This is the most critical step of the entire process and can be confusing for many. We’ll provide you support along the way to ensure your Living Trust is properly funded.

Step 8: Family Meeting

The final step is to sit together with your family and share your legacy plan with them. We know how challenging it can be to have this difficult conversation, which is why we are there with you to help you share your wishes and ensure that they understand how the documents will work. This is the key to ensuring that when the inevitable time comes, your legacy is preserved.
